No Work Initiated: If you decide to cancel your logo design project before any work has been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund of the payment made.
We want to be upfront about the circumstances in which a refund will not be granted:
1) Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you change your mind or decide not to use the logo design for any reason. We recommend carefully considering your project requirements before initiating the design process.
2) Delayed Communication: Failure to provide timely feedback or communication delays on your part, which result in project stagnation, do not qualify for refunds.
